Raymond Reid went from delivering newspapers to writing columns for them. In between, he did everything from playing semi-pro baseball to writing TV, radio and print ads for ad agencies, before owning his own. His self-effacing style of humor and trips down memory lane have earned Raymond national recognition for his columns. He has published six books. No wonder one of them is titled, "Bend Over and Laugh Out Loud." He lives in Kernersville, N.C., with his current wife, Teresa.
