Cranberries and Wild Rice

1 cup fresh cranberries or ½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup maple syrup (or honey)

¼ cup water

2 cups cooked wild rice


Bring cranberries, syrup or honey, and water to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes to meld the flavors. Pour over the wild rice and mix well.
