Dad's ‘Smart’ Car

Even though the experts predict truly "smart" cars will not be here for about a decade, my dad had a smart car about 40 years earlier. His eyesight was failing due to glaucoma. However, he still needed to drive to the doctors, grocery store and so forth and public transportation was not available.

Silence a Clicky iPad

World religions, traditions and mysteries can be explored here from such diverse sources as the Hypertext Bible, the predictions of Nostradamus, Gothic texts about vampires, and translations of Shinto texts. Surprisingly, none of the works of acclaimed philosopher and renowned deep-thinker Mr. Modem are included. Probably just an oversight.

Windows XP: Let it Go

At the time of each respective release, it was announced that extended support would terminate for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020 and for Windows 8, January 10, 2023, so mark your calendars. The Effects of a Figure and a Color

Thus we enter a discussion about enhancing a photo that by itself it may not be interesting. As an example we are attracted to the human figure no matter how big or how small and it doesn’t matter where it is.  Similarly we look at places where there is a difference in color, especially when the color is red.

Free access to a large collection of professionally produced and user‑generated how‑to videos. Categories of videos range from Auto & Mechanical to Sports & Leisure. In the Beauty & Fashion section, I learned how to style my hair for the prom. Just my luck: Almost 50 years and 250,000 follicles too late.

New Airbags for Older Hips

The 3D motion sensors monitor the motions and accelerations during normal, daily activities to determine departures from what is normal, which indicates a potential fall situation. If a fall is detected, a cold gas inflator, like that already used in seatbelt-mounted airbags found in some vehicles and aircraft, deploys a slab-like airbag that runs down the sides of the hips for protection.

Interacting Figures

When the occasion is right for combinations a little bit of planning can make great photos. This is much better than ordinary photos, and the cost is the same, so be aware and look.
